The Bristol Land Conservation Trust hosted another Moonrise Walk with Mt. Hope Farm this year. Our event was part of series of more than 60 scheduled outdoor activities called RI Land Trust Days, a two month-long celebration of land trusts in RI. This year, the skies were even clearer and we didn’t need our StarMap app on the iPhone to predict where the moon would rise through the clouds. We had at least 30 people of all ages in attendance- and even got a group visiting from as far away as New Orleans.
